You must be at least 18 years old to submit a Prospective Owner Application or otherwise enter into a transaction with Bastion House Rottweilers through this website. By submitting an application, you represent that you meet this requirement.
3. Use of This Website
This website is provided for the purpose of sharing information about Bastion House Rottweilers’ breeding program and allowing prospective owners to submit inquiries and applications. You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and to provide accurate information in any form you submit. You agree not to misuse this website, including by attempting to interfere with its normal operation or to access it using automated means not authorized by us.
4. No Guarantee of Availability or Pricing
Information about puppy availability, litters, pricing, and individual dogs displayed on this website is provided for general informational purposes only. It does not constitute an offer, reservation, guarantee of availability, or binding contract of sale. Availability and pricing are subject to change without notice, and submitting an inquiry or application does not guarantee that a puppy will be reserved or placed with you.
5. Applications & Puppy Placement
Submitting a Prospective Owner Application through this website is the first step in our placement process and does not, by itself, create any obligation on the part of Bastion House to place a puppy with you, nor any obligation on your part to proceed. Any actual sale or placement of a puppy is governed exclusively by a separate, signed placement agreement executed directly between Bastion House and the approved owner, which will set out the final price, health guarantee terms, deposit and payment terms, and all other conditions of sale. Nothing on this website should be relied upon as a substitute for that agreement.
6. Intellectual Property
All text, images, graphics, and other content on this website, unless otherwise noted, are the property of Bastion House Rottweilers and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without our prior written permission.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
This website and its content are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose. While we make reasonable efforts to keep information on this site current, we do not guarantee that all information is accurate or up to date at all times.
